Cancellation Policy:
All readings, workshops, and events are payable in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment/workshop for any reason, you must do so no later than 24 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund or reschedule your session. Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment will not receive a refund. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made in writing via email. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be given. JoAnne Ewing has the right to cancel any event, workshop, or course for valid reasons. If this should occur, you will be offered the option of rescheduling or a full refund. All participants for any courses/workshops/events/readings must be over the age of 18 and are responsible for ensuring their own well-being both physically and psychologically before participating.

The reading is a form of experiment; no claims are made, and results cannot be guaranteed. JoAnne Ewing is not here to tell fortunes but to give evidence of survival after physical death, which may include a glimpse from Spirit as to the individual’s overall situation at that particular time. She can only give communications received through her own spiritual connections. If it becomes clear within the first ten minutes of the reading that a satisfactory communication has not been established, then either JoAnne Ewing or the sitter (the person receiving the reading) may terminate the reading, and the fee will be refunded or the reading will be rescheduled. After this point, the sitter is deemed to accept the sitting as satisfactory. The sitter certifies that he/she is over the age of 18 and that he/she is not aware of any medical condition or psychiatric condition which might affect his/her interpretation of the reading, and that he/she is voluntarily seeking these services for himself/herself and assume full responsibility for the outcome.
